Working Environment
X7 provides employees the opportunity to choose their own working environment. Our full-time developers usually choose to work in small teams in our various offices. These offices maintain a business casual environment that is very conducive to the creative process required to deliver successful solutions.
Our part-time employees and technology specialists may choose their place of work. Those who are in the same city as our offices often choose to work on-site while providing services for X7. Those outside the cities where X7 maintains physical offices enjoy the telecommuting environment that allows them to work from their own business or home office anywhere in the world. X7 has found that it can offer flexible and creative solutions for our clients by leveraging the diverse technical, cultural, personal and linguistic backgrounds of our large telecommuting workforce.

Information Architect
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Description: Information Architects design and develop user interfaces for web sites and multimedia presentations. Skills include an understanding of user habits and expectations, as well as implementation of demographic-specific heuristics.
Experience: Candidates must have at least three years of design experience, and should submit a portfolio of work that showcases their range of abilities.
Required Skills: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, at least a basic understanding of HTML.
Account Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Description: Account Managers are the clients' representative within X7 Technologies. Duties include managing communications between the client team and the X7 development team, supervising the implementation of project strategy, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables.
Experience: Candidates must have at least three years of experience in the web development industry, preferably in Client Services, and Bachelor's Degree from a four-year institution.
Required Skills: Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of the capabilities of HTML and related programming languages.
